Well it's Thursday night and I have no idea on what is going on tonight. Other then that my day has been good. even though none of my classes got canceled but what can you do. So I only had health and English. Both classes went by fast so it wasn't drawn out like ti is sometimes. the one good thing was that today was my last day of health class. So I no longer need to get up at 7 am anymore next week and that will be nice. Also next Thursday is my last day of school until the new semester.
Well once again science has made a new discovery about our universe This time it does not deal with lighting it deals with the shape of our universe and the shape that it was thought to be. It was thought to be spherical but now from the details that we have from voyager 2 asymmetrical most likely because of disturbances in the interstellar magnetic field. Voyager 2 crossed a barrier called termination shock, which is the region where charged particles from the sun abruptly slow down as they collide with other particles and a magnetic field in interstellar gas. Voyager 2 has been only the second probe to pass the termination shock area. Both of them are heading towards uncharted region of space where the sun's influence wanes and where launched in 1977 and run off of nuclear power. Voyager 1 is only moving at 10mph but its twin voyager 2 is not far behind at all. To where this has been the farthest man made object to go in space. It will take about a decade before the probes reach the heliopause, which marks the beginning of interstellar space and the end of our solar system.
I find this amazing that probes that were launched in 1977 are still working and sending back information to us that is very useful and vital to understand our universe. It also shows how powerful nuclear energy is and how long it is able to last for. Once we are able to get to the uncharted region of space we will have no idea on what will happen or what we may see or experience.
Its almost time for finals and i still have to study and finish writing papers. I shoud lbe able to get everything done in time to have enough time to study for all of my class that I have to take a final for. I only have to take 4 finals out of 6 class so that is good. More time to study for the class that I need to study harder in. Hopefully it won't be to stressful of a week I don't thnk it should be because I have taken finals before. I just have to sit down and concentrate and I will be able to get everything done. The only hard part is going to be the sitting down part to get everything done in order to study.
The Dutch did their own study of 404 people and found out that higher plasma concentrations of omega-3 fatty acid at baseline were associated with a lower decline in several cognitive measures over three years.
There was also a New Zealand study done on more than 2400 people and found a strong and consistent link between circulating concentrations of the omega-3 fatty acid eicosapentaenoic acid and physical health and a less compelling link between omega-3 fatty acids and mental health.
Dr. Irwin Rosenberg, of the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy think that the link is interesting but the direct connection is not there yet and there needs to be more random clinical trails done to see if eating fish helps.
I find this quite interesting about eating fish and maybe helping out yourself learn better. I'm not one to eat fish even reading this will probably not make me eat fish but it is good to know that it may help. I also agree with Dr. Rosenberg that more studies are need to be done before you can assume that eating 10 grams of fish or 75 grams of fish a day will help you out in any form.
well its that time again to write anonther blog entry. I had a good Thanksgiving last Thursday. Everybody from my family got together at my aunts house and we had turkey, mashed potatos, vegtables, bread, and many other things it was all very good. Thats basicaly it can't think of anything else to write about right now.
Lightning on Venus. There has been thought about it since the 1978 but not enough proof to prove it. The reason why they could not prove it is because of signal interference that could have happened. But with a magnetic antenna on the European Space Agency's Venus Express probe proved that the lightning was real. the scientific community found this very interesting because lighting affects the atmospheric chemistry. the lightning is only cloud to cloud right now not cloud to ground. Venus normally has weather that is little change such as 400 years of steady winds but now with the lightning it adds interest back into Venus to which they say it might be Earths evil twin.
I found the quite interesting. What ever has to deal with lightning I like. If we could now possibly gain some kind of knowledge from this lightning that is happening. Could we some way have that help us understand how life was formed or just how Venus is Venus. Also that earth is no longer the only planet with lightning.
This is our only blog that we have to do this week so I decided to just talk about anything and everything. I'm going home tomorrow for thanksgiving break. IT should be a good time with the family and everybody else. I should be able to get a majority of my homework done so I can relax when I get back to school on the 25th. I can't think of what else I have to write abut so I guess I'm just gonna ramble on. Everybody in my dorm is leaving tonight except me since I have class tomorrow. I don't really care it be good to have some quite time for a change and time to myself just to get everything done that I need to.
I only had one class today and that was good so now I am done for the day. I'm hoping that I will be able to get most of me homework done today and this weekend so I won't have to bring any home on thanksgiving break. But most likely that will not happen but its always nice to hope for that to happen. But I'm going to try my best so I won't have to bring anything home. I'm not to sure on when I am leaving for the break it is most likely going to be on 21st since we have no classes on the 22nd. But for the time it is all going to depend on if I have classes on that day. I will probably have math class but I'm not to sure about psychology. Thats all I have for right not to sure what else is going on today probably find out later.
Today wasn't as bad as I thought it would, usually my Tuesdays are bad but not this one. Today I went trhough my normal routine of coming into school at 7 am even if my classes aren't until 12. When I got to school I went to the library and there I was able to have some quiet time to register for my schedule for spring semester. I was also able to get some work done, after that I feel asleep. When I woke up it was just about time for my first class.
Usually my Tuesdays are sad but this one went rather well

I'm going to respond to this post. It seems that everyday when it is Tuesday it is a bad day. If I had to be up at whatever time to get here at 7 AM it would not be a good day either. She was able to register for class which is a good thing since if you don't do it in time there will be no class left to take. Since she was able to get some work done and take a a quick nap and wake up in time for here first class had to be a good thing. Hopefully the majority of here Tuesdays to come will be good and not sad.
It seems that the time has come again. To that we have to post another blog. Its not such a bad idea to have this done atleast twice a week you can say that this can be a place where you can write about what is one your mind as long as if you don't mind your classmates and teacher reading it. To the extent that I have writtin in here I don't really care if they do see what I write because most of the time its nothing that I need to be worried about. Even though right now I can talk about things that mean more to me that could be questioned to what was going through my mind at the time I was writting the blog. As I look around the room that I am in i notice that certain people know how to use computers and other people don't know how to use computers. Also why is that when we seem to want something so badly to happen it never happens but when we could careless about it happening it happens. Once that does happen why do we then wonder one why it did not happen when you wanted it to happen but it happened when you could careless about it. Also why do things seem to be more difficult then they have to be and why do people decided to change the way they think about that person to the extent in which they don't what t do anything that could make you see them to that they agree to do it then they jsut don't. Why do people have a tendacy to do that. Why is that when we know something is bad but we contiune to do it anyways could it be because passion rule our reason. We know it is bad but the passion of it is so great compared to the reason on why it is bad. Im goingto stop now and move on to a different topic at hand maybe I'll come back to this at a later time maybe I won't.
