Hello again it seems that it is almost spring break and I can not wait for it to get here.  School has been alright nothing to special is going on right now just waiting for spring break like everybody else is probably.  I do not have very much to talk about right I'm basically filling this out because i do not want to forget and lose credit.  I'm sure that in a couple of days  i might come up with something creative to write like last time but for now have a good night.

this bill is about making escapees responsible for apprehension costs.  What they mean by escapees is people who escape from jail or other places of imprisonment.  They have to pay for the costs incurred as a result of their escape and apprehension.  some of the wages that they are going to have them pay are motor vehicle expenses, if it happenes to be a far chase they are going to pay for food, travel and lodging.  Now i think that is a good thing to have because they are escaping cause they do not want to be there or they are guilty and want to get away and that is then going to endanger other people so whatever damages and expensive the law enforcement uses should be paid for by the escapee.  SO this should become a bill it might make people think twice before escaping.

Food it is one of the most important things that we need to live.  but the first important thing that i think we need is air because with out air we are dead with in probably about 10 minutes i would say.  you can go about 3 days with out any water or liquids, and even longer with out food.  So as you can see you need air, water and food to live.  if one of them are missing you are not going to be alive for very long.  Not much else to say today well more like tonight so carry on

The bill that I did was “A1641 Provides for decrease and eventual ban on use of non-compostable plastic grocery bags.” The bill states that by November 30, 2010 all retail store must restrict their use of non-compostable plastic bags by 50% of their current volume. Then on December 30, 2012 those bags are going to be banned from NJ. The stores must submit documentation that you have reduced the amount of non-compostable plastic bags to the DEP by or before November 30, 2010. After January 1, 2013, every retail store must provide carryout bags to customers like a recyclable paper bag, a compostable bag, or a reusable bag. I think this is a very good idea because plastic bags are a big waste on the environment because they do not decompose overtime. The fewer things that we have that do not decompose the better it is. Hopefully each retail store will obey this bill if it gets passed

I don't have very much to say tonight. It's been an interesting day along with a calm day hopefully the rest of the week will be easy and i won't have to worry about to many things.  Well i guess you could say that people try to find out who they are but they never really find out who they really are.  In order to do that you need to move to the next level of thinking but only a few people are able to do that.  I believe that if you do not find out who you really are by the time you die or as your are dieing or you are already dead that is when you find out who you really are since we can pretend to be some many things we really are not.  but then you have people who think they know who they are and what they want to do in life but really they are just as scared as you.  And do not  let them make you believe that they are right because they are not.  bye for now 

The bill that I am doing is Requires NJT to purchase alternative fuel vehicles.  This means all new buses that are purchased by NJ Transit Corporation have to be alternative fuel vehicles.  They will be assigned to the areas that have sever air pollution, mainly the northeast part of New Jersey.    This bill will also help New Jersey meet the future air pollution requirements.  I think that it is a good idea to have the state use alternative fuel vehicles because it will cut down on the pollution that is cause by the non-alternative fuel vehicles.  This will make it easier to breath for people who have breathing problems such as asthma.  I want this bill to be passed because it will help cut down the pollution and help clean up the air in New Jersey that we have to breath everyday.

A lot of things happened in the past week and I do not know what to do anymore.  Obviously nothing will change because that how its always been.  But I am just going to have to make the best out of it.  Sooner or later it will start to look up again and that will only take time.  There really has not been anything to bad but it just seems to come and go as it wants to.  So many things i could have done but yet I did nothing.  Time can only tell what will happen next.  But the one thing that we need to learn is that the past will eventually repeat itself in the future for that what has already happened will happen again no matter what you change or how you change it.  It will all aways come back to what once happened just that it might be in a different form then it was in the past.  But what we must not forget is that the future is not set and you can postpone what is to happen in the future.  But in order to do that you need to know what is going to be repeated and in order for you to know that well that you just won't know because the past will repeat itself at random times and if you do happen to guess it right when it is going to repeat itself you are a very lucky person at the time you guessed it.  Since you should be able to postpone it from happening but beware one it does happen it will happen with even greater force or affect.  Then it would of if you did not stop it from happening in the first place since the past will always rule the future and even though we are so called in the present we really are not because at no time are you thinking about just one thing.  Until you train your mind to do that to listen to what is going on around but only a few warriors can do that.  But a little trick that helps you clear your mind is to have a friend meet you at a bridge and just threw you off into the water.  But do not let him have you know when he is going to threw you in the water because if he lets you know that will be on your mind at all times you go to the bridge with him.  That will make you live in fear and yet not in the present time but more of in the future for when is he going to do it and in the past for that he has not done it yet so he will not do it now.  Once he does threw you off the bridge when you do not expect it you will be in the present because you will not be thinking about anything but you falling.  What would you think about when your gonna land by the time you do think about it you would have already landed.  So as your in the air falling down there is most likely nothing on your mind but you falling and screaming.  Which would make you in the present because you would be only thinking of that one thing and not wondering about other possible events.  That is only a part of becoming a person who lives here and now in the present and not in the past or future of what might happen.  But for one to have the things happen one at a time and take everything in as they happen.  Remember now do not let yourself live in the past or the future but to live in the present but you will need to practice at it in order to understand what the present is and how it works.  For that if you do not practice and try to master it you will not become that true warrior who has control of what happens and what is possible and not possible all at different seconds in time.  To be able to see and hear everything going on once you have cleared your mind to be able to see the truth that everybody wants and needs but yet cannot get it because they are to busy worrying about themselves and not their surroundings which is more important than they might think they are.  But if you cannot do this just remember that true happiness is reached only when you have became a true warrior to which you are peaceful and are willing to help others find the way of a peaceful warrior.  you must not seek out the person to help they may come to you by accident or by a feeling and then once you have them try to the best ability that you have to teach them the way but only if they are willing to give up what they have once thought was happiness to really happiness of being peaceful and understanding your surroundings.

A1248 Empowers federal air marshals to make arrests for certain violations of New Jersey law. (theres more on the site)
The bill that I picked to do today deals with the federal air marshals to make arrest on people who violate the law in NJ beyond the air craft to the airport and every where else to help increase the security of the airports.  the crime must consisting of first second and third degree.
I think this bill should be passed be cause it deals with a very import issues called security of the people in a public place.  We all know that the law enforcement are not normally in the right place at the right time but if you have more of them you have a better chance of them seeing something bad happing.  so I think this bill should become a law to help protect our airports and airplanes more.

Well today we had our first good snow fall of the season here at kean and it feels great to see snow on the ground.  Nothing else is really going on today has been really relaxing and it feels good nothing really worrying me so that helps me relax even more.  Well bye for now.

there is a bill that is trying to get the New Jersey Turnpike Authority to reduce toll rates for commercial trucks.  I personally do not think that they should have to pay less. I think that they should have to keep [paying what they are paying why should they be able to get a break on the tolls when nobody else is able to.
